  1. SecondServe.me Takes user privacy and data protection extremely seriously. Please contact info@secondServe.me with any questions or concerns.
  2. The only personal information that we collect is for the purposes of either scheduling and organizing well-balanced matches (name, gender, level, available dates to play) or communication about upcoming matches, changes in schedule, payment balances and facilitating site access (e-mail, mobile phone number).
  3. No user personal information is visible to third parties. Members of the same group can only see other members first names along with the first letter of their last name. No contact information is shared between two members unless expressly requested by both parties.
  4. No user data whatsoever is shared with (or sold to) third parties under no circumstances short of a court order.
  5. User data is stored on secured cloud server in the U.S. and is not transfered internationally.
  6. User passwords are encrypted in the database and unreadable to developers.
  7. Users have a right to request removal of all their personal information from the database if they no longer wish to utilize SecondServe.me. The data will be deleted within two working days upon receipt of written request via e-mail: info@secondServe.me.
